The Command plays a pivotal role in strengthening operational outcomes across Queensland Corrective Services' correctional centres by coordinating divisional planning, performance reporting, standards development and assurance activities.
As Director, Performance and Improvement, you will provide senior strategic leadership across the Custodial Operations portfolio, setting the divisional performance agenda and ensuring robust governance, planning, reporting and risk management frameworks are in place. Reporting directly to the Deputy Commissioner, Custodial Operations, the role operates at a highly influential executive level and works closely with senior leaders across the agency and key external oversight bodies.
