As the CLLO Administration Support, you will:
• Assist the team through the provision of high-level support of activities in relation to Cabinet, Cabinet Committee, Executive Council, and Parliamentary Services and other government business.
• Maintain effective administrative systems relating to the work of the Cabinet and Parliamentary Services team in accordance with Queensland Government, departmental and team policies, procedures and handbooks.
• Maintain various databases and systems, including the Ministerial Correspondence, records management and Cabinet Information systems.
• Assist with deliveries to and collections from Executive Council, Cabinet Secretariat, the Minister's Office and Parliament House etc. as required.
• Maintain the secure storage, handling and dissemination of Cabinet Submissions and Decisions and Executive Council Minutes in compliance with relevant guidelines
• Provide administrative assistance and support in other projects within the team and/or branch as requested by the Manager, Cabinet and Parliamentary Services or Director, Strategic Policy

Qualifications
There are no mandatory qualifications required for this role. However, previous Cabinet and Parliament experience would be highly regarded.
