About the role:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

  • Lead business operations with considerable autonomy, ensuring high‑quality service delivery in a dynamic school environment.
  • Provide executive and administrative leadership, managing multiple tasks, competing priorities, and diverse work groups.
  • Lead and manage human resources for school support staff, including workforce planning, performance, recruitment, and capability development.
  • Oversee financial planning and management, including budget development, monitoring, reporting, and compliance.
  • Provide facilities and project management advice, including oversight of minor works, maintenance, and contractor engagement.
  • Build networks and contribute to best‑practice corporate services across the school and wider Business Manager community.
