Your new role:

In this role, you will support mental health consumers in their recovery journey by delivering practical, person-centred interventions and contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment.

  • Deliver psychosocial interventions and assist in implementing individual and group treatment programs under the guidance of allied health professionals
  • Provide hands-on support including transport, advocacy, crisis response, independent living skills, and community linkage activities
  • Conduct clinical screening tasks and contribute to care planning, documentation, and outcome reporting in line with legislative and organisational requirements
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, engaging with consumers, carers, and stakeholders to support coordinated, recovery-focused care

About you:

We are seeking a proactive and compassionate professional who is committed to delivering high-quality mental health support within a team-based environment.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting consumers in a mental health or rehabilitation setting, with the ability to implement and evaluate care programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with consumers, carers, and a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, with sound organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills
