QPT is seeking a Customer Administration Officer (AO2) to provide frontline and back‑of‑house administrative support, managing enquiries, processing documentation and assisting customers across a range of trustee and estate services. You'll work as part of a collaborative team to ensure customers receive clear information, respectful support and efficient service outcomes.

About you

You are a reliable and customer-focused administration professional who takes pride in accuracy and service excellence. You'll succeed in this role if you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in administration and/or customer service roles.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first approach.
  • Confidence using computer systems, databases and standard business applications.
  • A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and support others.
