Robina State High School is seeking a highly organised and reliable Administration Officer to support the day-to-day coordination of school facilities, community hirers and events.
Working under the guidance of the Marketing, Events and Branding Officer, this is a key operational role that ensures our school runs smoothly, our facilities are well managed, and our community connections are supported professionally.

About the Role:

Working closely with the Business Manager and leadership team, you will coordinate:

  • School facility hire (after hours and community use).
  • Event logistics and operational support.
  • Day-to-day facilities processes and compliance.
  • You will be the central point of contact for hirers and facility use, ensuring a high standard of organisation, communication and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of facility hire, including enquiries, bookings, agreements and communication with hirers.
  • Coordinate access, keys, and site requirements for community users.
  • Support the planning and delivery of school events through effective logistics and organisation.
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure facilities are safe, compliant and ready for use.
  • Maintain accurate records and systems relating to facilities, bookings and usage.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Executive Team.

  • Has strong communication skills and can work professionally with community members and external hirers.
  • Pays close attention to detail and follows processes accurately.
  • Is proactive and able to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to the school environment.
  • Has experience in administration, facilities coordination, or event support (desirable).

This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on, organised and solutions-focused.
