Camira State School is seeking an experienced and proactive Business Manager to join the leadership team and support the school’s strategic operations. You’ll lead the effective administration of the school and work closely with the principal and
leadership team to deliver improvement priorities across finance, facilities and HR.

About the School:
Since 1974, Camira State School has been proudly educating students from Camira and nearby suburbs. With around 650 students from Prep to Year 6 and a dedicated Pre‑Prep Program, we are a vibrant and growing school community in the Ipswich region.
About the role:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Demonstrated experience in financial management and budgeting, ideally within an educational or similar environment.
- Knowledge of WH&S regulations, or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge, with a proven capacity to manage related responsibilities effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, support and develop staff.
- Proficiency in using OneSchool or similar systems for financial reporting and school administration.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
