Sandgate State School is located between two Lagoons in the heart of Sandgate Village. The school boasts picturesque grounds with views of Moreton Island and Brisbane City. About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Lead a shared educational vision focused on high-quality learning outcomes for all students, while setting and maintaining high standards for both students and staff.
  • Uphold the principalship as a values-based, ethical, and socially just practice embedded in everyday school life.
  • Foster strong partnerships with parents, community groups, government agencies, and industry to support student success.
  • Demonstrate strategic, future-focused leadership informed by relevant legislation and policies.
  • Commit to lifelong learning and professional development while effectively managing resources to achieve school goals.
