Let's Talk About You
You bring both heart and capability to your nursing practice. You value connection, take pride in delivering quality care, and understand the importance of teamwork in a rural setting. You're someone who acts with compassion, integrity and courage, and who finds purpose in supporting patients and colleagues when it counts most. You'll feel proud knowing your work directly improves lives in your community.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration (or eligibility) as an Enrolled Nurse with no medication restrictions
- Confidence delivering evidence‑based care under appropriate supervision

You'll stand out if you have experience in rural or community settings and/or additional clinical training such as IV medication administration.
