Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Leading and embedding clinical governance that drives safe, culturally responsive and high‑quality care
  • Guiding multidisciplinary teams through operational priorities, growth and change with clarity and care
  • Translating strategy into action by aligning workforce, resources and service delivery to community demand
  • Building strong partnerships that enhance service access, innovation and local trust

Let's talk about you!

You're a confident, values‑driven nursing leader who brings compassion and integrity into every decision you make. You know how to balance high‑level accountability with grounded, respectful leadership. What motivates you is seeing teams thrive, services improve, and communities feel supported by care they trust. You take pride in shaping environments where dignity is upheld, innovation is encouraged, and courage leads to better outcomes.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with appropriate professional authority
  • Proven leadership experience in complex or multidisciplinary healthcare environments
  • Strong capability in clinical governance, quality improvement and resource management
  • A collaborative, resilient leadership style that supports teams through change

You'll stand out if you bring experience in rural or regional health services and/or postgraduate study in nursing, health management or a related field.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who leads with compassion, acts with courage, and creates lasting impact for patients, people and place.
