What your day could look like
As a Mental Health Clinician, you'll be a trusted partner in recovery, supporting individuals, families and communities across the Darling Downs. From delivering person-centred care to collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, your work will help improve access, outcomes and continuity of mental health support.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Providing evidence-based assessment, intervention and care planning that supports recovery and wellbeing
- Working alongside clinicians, families and community partners to deliver coordinated, compassionate care
- Using your clinical judgement to respond to diverse needs across community and outreach settings
- Contributing ideas and insights that strengthen service quality, safety and innovation

- Tertiary qualification and current registration in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work or Speech Pathology
- Experience delivering contemporary mental health care and recovery‑focused practice
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, flexible approach
- Commitment to continuous learning and safe, ethical practice
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in community or rural settings and/or postgraduate training in mental health.
