Step Into Your Next Chapter: 

  • Liaise and network with schools, industry and the general public to discuss matters associated with the provision of job opportunities for students.
  • Meet the reporting, attendance and behaviour requirements as stipulated by the School for the management of absenteeism, facilitating appropriate assessment processes to enable recording and tracking of competency completion and work placement progress to ensure all aspects of the training program are satisfactorily achieved for students and to ensure Registered Training Organisation (RTO) compliance.
  • Monitor the routine and non-routine maintenance of any equipment or appliances used in the delivery of the program, including the maintenance of systems relating to the management of consumable stock control.

The Perfect Fit:

Please refer to the attached role description for further details but the below skills are essential:

  • Training and Assessment: Ability to deliver and assess vocational 'support packages' for students at risk of not achieving a QCE.
  • Applicants must hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a solid understanding of RTO compliance and systems in line with ASQA standards.
  • Administrative and Compliance Management: Proficient in managing documentation, MOUs and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and departmental policies.
  • Communication and Colllaboration: Effective interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with staff, students, families and external stakeholders.
