Join Transport and Main Roads (TMR) for a hands‑on role developing, maintaining and improving the digital platforms that support how we work across Central Queensland.

We’re seeking a Business Systems Advisor (Microsoft 365 & Power Platform) to work at the intersection of digital systems and business improvement. You’ll partner with teams across the region to streamline processes, modernise work practices and turn ideas into well‑governed, supported solutions that enable transport and infrastructure services.

What you'll be doing:
You'll play a key role in strengthening service delivery by:
• Working with business teams across the region to analyse and document business processes and opportunities for improvement.
• Leading and supporting business improvement and service delivery initiatives, from requirements gathering through to solution delivery.
• Designing, building, optimising and maintaining SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions (including sites, lists, workflows and dashboards).
• Supporting change management and adoption of new ways of working.
• Coordinating quality and compliance monitoring activities, including Control Self Assessments (CSA).

What we're looking for:
You'll bring initiative, curiosity and a collaborative mindset, along with:
• Experience in business improvement, process analysis, governance, quality or organisational change, including requirements gathering and solution design.
• Strong capability working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI).
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver practical, customer focused solutions.
• Confidence working with stakeholders to support implementation, encourage adoption and guide others through change.
