Your new role:
Join the Southern Moreton Bay Islands Community Partnership Service and play a key role in delivering efficient, professional administrative support to a collaborative healthcare team.
- Provide high-level administrative support including email management, reporting, data entry, travel coordination and general office duties
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and maintain action registers and project tracking documentation
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, delivering professional and confidential support to staff and stakeholders
- Assist with monitoring project deliverables, maintaining databases, and supporting day-to-day operational activities across the service
About you:
We are seeking an organised and proactive administration professional who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously, and use initiative to achieve outcomes
- High level of accuracy and confidence using computer systems, databases and administrative software
- A professional, ethical and customer-focused approach with a commitment to confidentiality, teamwork and continuous improvement
