We are seeking a passionate and relational educator to join our Montessori Cycle 1 team (Prep and Year 1) for Semester Two, with the possibility of extension. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative learning environment that values curiosity, independence, and the development of the whole child, with a strong focus on building secure foundations in the early years. The successful applicant will design and deliver engaging, responsive learning experiences that support students' academic, social and emotional growth during this important stage of development.

Applicants should demonstrate a strong understanding of early years pedagogy and effective classroom practice, along with the ability to build positive, respectful partnerships with students, families and colleagues. Experience or a genuine interest in Montessori education is highly desirable. We are seeking a reflective, organised and team-oriented educator committed to fostering a calm, inclusive and purposeful learning environment where every child can thrive.
