Your opportunity:
- The Director of Nursing is a clinical manager, accountable at an advanced practice level for the coordination of patient centred clinical practice and the provision of human and material resources within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Director of Nursing provides leadership and line manager direction to nursing, administration and operational staff and is responsible for the facilitation and provision of quality and cost effective nursing and operational services which are consistent with contemporary standards and best practice within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Director of Nursing utilises data and information to ensure that the service is organised for safety and measures are in place to capture the standard of service delivery.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $196,720 p.a., comprising salary between $160,942 - $172,416 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 9) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
