The purpose of this role is to lead the analysis, documentation and translation of complex business and system requirements to support the procurement and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) for the Queensland Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Service Future State Project.
What you'll do
In this role you will lead business analysis activities across a complex transformation project, gather and document detailed business and technical requirements, develop process maps and functional specifications, support procurement and vendor engagement activities, contribute to future-state operating models and service design, provide expert advice to stakeholders and project teams, and support the integration of manufacturing and quality systems within the Queensland Health enterprise environment.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Has significant experience in business analysis within complex projects
- Has experience with MES, QMS or enterprise system implementations
- Can analyse and translate complex business requirements into solutions
- Has strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Has experience working across transformation or digital projects
- Has knowledge of healthcare, manufacturing or GMP environments (desirable)
