The Project Manager will lead and manage significant and complex ICT, Digital and Data focussed projects, including the successful implementation of a new corporate data Lakehouse platform to deliver corporate data reporting, analytical insights and data modelling capability. You will work across a large-scale program of work in collaboration with key stakeholders in achieving key outcomes. Working with a range of business areas, other government agencies and suppliers, you will bring about focus to designing and implementing critical transformative projects for major benefits to front line colleagues and the community they serve.

The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Analyse, develop, design, and implement project plans to deliver projects.
- Plan and manage project activities in line with Queensland Police Service and Whole of Government best practice and standards and following project management methodologies.
- Provide high level strategic direction and leadership in the analysis, design, development and implementation of projects and related business strategies and organisational change.
- Provide regular project progress status and financial reports to stakeholders and prepare, review and present project reports, briefing notes, submissions, and other correspondence.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project outcomes and to ensure compliance with business governance processes.
- Provide guidance to project stakeholders to facilitate informed business decisions that improve business processes and meet changing and challenging business needs.
- Represent the program or project team in a variety of forums.
