The Clinical Nurse Consultant (Nurse Navigator – Paediatric Child Health portfolio) is a pivotal role that combines advanced clinical expertise with strong communication and coordination capabilities to support children with complex health needs. Working across the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service (TCHHS), the role focuses on holistic assessment, care coordination, family support, culturally safe practice, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure children and their families can confidently navigate health services and achieve improved health and wellbeing outcomes.
