What you'll do
- Develop, implement and maintain the Service Portfolio strategy and implementation plan in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring digital services meet the needs of Queensland Health and the community.
- Lead service portfolio planning, prioritisation, funding, and approval processes in collaboration with the Digital Asset Strategy and Portfolio team.
- Identify and manage risks within the service portfolio, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain service governance policies, procedures, and lifecycle management standards.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on service portfolio performance, risks, and value realisation to executive and governance bodies.
- Monitor the IT Service Portfolio and develop metrics to track consumption, quality, availability, sustainability, and benefits realisation.
- Provide recommendations and ensure effective planning, design, transition, and operation of services to optimise performance, reliability, and alignment with business expectations.
- Support performance assurance of critical services, including mapping and management of underpinning services.
- Provide guidance to business areas to establish appropriate IT services and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that align with strategic needs.
