We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting agricultural learning and can play an important role in the smooth and effective day-to-day operation of our agricultural programs, providing high-quality support across a range of agricultural systems.

About the role:
- Prepare and maintain agricultural field sites, machinery, equipment, and materials
- Support crop production, market gardens, and soil improvement activities
- Care for animals, including feeding, cleaning, and general husbandry
- Maintain fences, gates, sheds, laboratories, glasshouses, and aquariums
- Coordinate servicing and upkeep of agricultural machinery and equipment
- Manage agricultural supplies, deliveries, storage, stocktakes, and chemical records
- Assist teachers with practical agricultural classes, tools, and learning materials
- Monitor workplace safety and first aid requirements within the department
- Carry out general agricultural and maintenance duties as directed by school leadership
