Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) is seeking a dedicated Intelligence Analyst, Ethical Standards to provide relevant, accurate, and timely intelligence advice to assist decision making in the prevention, investigation and reduction of corrupt and/or inappropriate behaviour. Reporting to the Manager Intelligence, Ethical Standards, you’ll produce complex intelligence assessments regarding staff corruption and integrity matters and contribute to building and improving the unit’s intelligence capability.

We are looking for an experienced Intelligence Analyst to join our Ethical Standards Assessment and Intelligence Group at Queensland Corrective Services. In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate the collection, evaluation, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence regarding staff corruption and integrity matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive intelligence assessments to management and stakeholders on operational, tactical and strategic issues related to corrupt and/or inappropriate behaviour.
• Provide timely intelligence advice to management and stakeholders to ensure prompt management of emerging threats and issues, support investigations, and assist in the prevention and reduction of corrupt and/or inappropriate behaviour.
• Build and maintain collaborative working relationships across QCS in custodial and community corrections to encourage the reporting of staff issues intelligence referrals.
• Work cooperatively with and support team members by working in a multidisciplinary team approach to the investigation of serious misconduct or corrupt conduct matters over a diverse work environment in a timely manner and to a high standard.
• Support Ethical Standard's intelligence framework and processes and modernise and embed changes to the Intelligence Unit through improving intelligence methodologies, systems and processes guided by contemporary best practice.
About You:
• You have a high level understanding of intelligence processes, methodologies, and procedures particularly in relation to an anti- corruption environment.
