About the role
Permanent full-time opportunity to deliver high-level radiopharmaceutical development, manufacturing and quality control services within a GMP environment, support clinical demand across a statewide network, contribute to research and innovation programs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve nuclear medicine services.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide specialised practical skills to develop radiolabelling methodologies and/or quality control testing for radiopharmaceuticals to drive outcomes for Q-TRaCE, particularly contributing to collaborative research programs.
- Provide advice to colleagues, management and relevant stakeholders, with a view to improving the clinical services provided by QLD Health and support collaborations in both imaging and radionuclide therapy.
- Participate in a roster of clinical manufacture and quality control for radiopharmaceuticals, working in a GMP environment adopting practices that align with a TGA licenced laboratory.
- Provide high level staff training and education programs to align with workgroup scope and best practice.
