About the role
Manage and improve outpatient scheduling data within Cerner ESM, ensuring data accuracy, system optimisation, and support for patient flow and service delivery across RBWH.
Key accountabilities
• Provide technical expertise and support for Cerner ESM to ensure data accuracy and quality
• Lead data quality improvement initiatives and resolve outpatient scheduling issues
• Support system users through education, training, and help desk query resolution
• Contribute to system testing, upgrades, and implementation of new functionality
• Liaise with stakeholders to optimise clinic configuration, reporting, and business processes
