The A7 Principal Project Officer will lead the delivery of transformational system design projects in commissioning. Reporting to the Manager, the role drives innovation, facilitates system design processes and champions positive disruption to improve commissioning practices and outcomes for vulnerable Queenslanders.

The Principal Project Officer will oversee the delivery of core projects, ensuring alignment with organisational and government priorities, while also providing guidance and support to the Senior Project Officer in delivering smaller, discrete projects and working across the small Strategic Projects team to deliver across the transformational commissioning program of work. This role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful change in government service delivery, working within a collaborative and high-performing team environment that values creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
