Role Overview:
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Principal and Deputy Principals to assist in the effective and efficient delivery of school leadership functions. Operating under supervision, you will apply established procedures and sound organisational skills to manage workflows, communications, and routine executive support tasks.
This is a Part Time position, of 60 hours per fortnight (0.8FTE) for Semester 2, 2026. (13 July 2026 to 11 December 2026, unless otherwise determined)
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated administrative skills with the ability to follow established processes and procedures
- Effective organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities within defined timeframes
- Sound communication skills, including the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team under general supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
