About the role
Deliver advanced neuropsychology assessment, intervention, and rehabilitation within a community-based healthy ageing service. Support older adults with cognitive and functional recovery, working within a multidisciplinary team across ambulatory and satellite rehabilitation settings, while contributing to supervision, education, and service improvement. Key accountabilities
- Deliver advanced neuropsychology assessment, formulation, and intervention in community/subacute rehabilitation settings
- Provide clinical leadership, advice, and supervision to HP3 staff, students, and multidisciplinary team members
- Contribute to MDT care planning, service coordination, and consumer-focused rehabilitation pathways
- Support quality improvement, service evaluation, and clinical governance activities within the service
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, activity reporting, and contribute to research and education initiatives
