About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Support the Principal to lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared vision that delivers high-quality learning outcomes for all students, including deputising when required.
  • Promote ethical, values-based leadership by embedding socially just practices, setting high expectations for student and staff performance, and fostering a positive school culture.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents, community groups, industry, business, and government agencies to enhance student learning and school outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strategic, future-focused leadership through effective planning, informed decision-making, and understanding of relevant education legislation and policies.
  • Commit to continuous professional growth and manage school resources effectively to achieve organisational goals and improve educational outcomes.
