About the role
Support the Candidate Care Coordiantor to devlier high quality focused recruitment, selection, and appointment processes for all disciplines, within Community and Oral Health, in the Candidate Care Unit.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Maintain working knowledge of relevant Queensland Health policies, directives, and procedures to support accurate and compliant recruitment administration.
- Deliver professional, timely customer service to candidates and stakeholders, ensuring positive representation of Community and Oral Health recruitment processes.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across all recruitment stages under direction, including documentation, correspondence, and system updates.
- Perform accurate high volume data entry and records management within recruitment systems and trackers, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
