About the role
Provide advanced mental health nursing care, leadership and clinical support for consumers receiving Hospital in The Home services.
Key accountabilities
• Deliver advanced consumer-centred mental health nursing care, including assessment, intervention and care planning
• Provide clinical leadership, support and direction to nursing and support staff in complex care situations
• Support quality improvement, evidence-based practice, education and professional development activities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote safe, effective and recovery-focused care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with relevant legislation, policies and professional standards
