The primary accountabilities of the Project Manager include:
- Support the Director, Digital Services Delivery Group in the provision of an effective and highly capable internal consultancy and strategic project delivery service.
- Develop and implement best practice project management principles, practices, methodologies, and tools to facilitate effective project delivery,
- Lead and manage delivery of a diverse range of key complex and strategic projects and initiatives as directed by the Director, Digital Services Delivery Group
- Lead the development of innovative, contemporary and fit for purpose solutions in projects / consultancies, ensuring alignment to the strategic objectives and priorities of QCS.

- Extensive experience and success in leading and management the delivery of complex and strategic projects.
- Proven ability in designing and implementing contemporary, innovative and fit-for purpose solutions for pioneering projects withing a complex service delivery organisation.
- High level knowledge of and experience in developing and implementing best practice project management approaches and frameworks.
- Good understanding of the key issues, trends and innovative approaches relating to the safe and effective management of offenders.
- High level interpersonal skills to build and maintain strategic working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influence and drive project outcomes.
- Highly developed research, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large, complex data to support effective project delivery.
