About the role
In this role, you will coordinate, manage, and facilitate recruitment, selection, and appointment processes across all disciplines, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide high quality support, advice, information, and guidance to Community and Oral Health staff regarding Metro North recruitment processes and appointment requirements.
- Deliver direct support for recruitment activities across all disciplines, as required.
- Coordinate all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including documentation, correspondence, and system updates.
- Ensure all appointments comply with established Metro North recruitment processes, mandatory checks, and governance requirements.
