Your new role:
Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services (MSAMHS) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Support Officer to provide professional administrative and executive support across Governance, Social Inclusion and Recovery, and Executive Services teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork, confidentiality, and service excellence.
The Role
As the Administration Support Officer, you will provide high-level administrative, secretarial, and coordination support to ensure the efficient operation of executive and service functions within MSAMHS.
- Deliver confidential executive and secretarial support, including diary management, correspondence coordination, meeting preparation, and document creation
- Coordinate meetings and events including room bookings, catering, equipment setup, and associated logistics
About you:
We are looking for a professional and adaptable administration officer who is highly organised, customer-focused, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated experience in high-level administrative and secretarial support within a busy office or healthcare environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and respond flexibly to changing demands

The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital (QEII) is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services including a 24-hour Emergency Department. We provide a range of services, including surgery, cardiology, endoscopy, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, geriatric, respiratory and emergency medicine.
We're making our hospital bigger and better to make it easier for our growing community to get the health care they need. We'll have more beds, medical wards and expanded intensive care and emergency services planned to be opened by 2027.
