Your new role:
As the Allied Health Clinical Lead, you will provide advanced clinical leadership and operational management across the GEMRHITH and Community Services Team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred geriatric and post-acute care while driving innovation, workforce capability and service improvement across multidisciplinary community-based services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and coordinate specialised allied health services within GEMRHITH and post-acute community care programs.
- Provide advanced clinical expertise, mentoring and professional governance to multidisciplinary allied health teams.
- Drive innovative models of care, quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based service delivery.
- Support workforce planning, staff development, operational management and clinical service performance outcomes.
About you:
You are an experienced and collaborative Allied Health professional with advanced clinical expertise in geriatric, rehabilitation or community-based care. You thrive in complex multidisciplinary environments and are passionate about leading teams, improving patient outcomes and shaping contemporary healthcare services.
You will bring:
- Advanced clinical knowledge and leadership experience within allied health, geriatric or post-acute healthcare settings.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage workloads and support workforce capability development.
- Experience driving service improvement, innovation, research or evidence-based models of care.
