What your day could look like
As a Branch Support Officer, you'll play a key role in keeping commercial operations running efficiently so frontline teams can focus on delivering care. From coordinating information and workflows to supporting procurement and contract activities, you'll work closely with colleagues to ensure processes are accurate, timely and fit for purpose.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Coordinating meetings, communications and documentation that keep priorities moving and decisions on track
- Supporting procurement and contract activities end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely outcomes
- Maintaining reliable systems and records that enable reporting, audits and informed decision-making
- Building strong relationships across teams to streamline processes and improve how work gets done
