Your new role:
As the Project Director, Non-Clinical Record Management, you will provide strategic leadership to strengthen records governance, compliance and contemporary recordkeeping practices across Metro South Health. Working closely with executive stakeholders, you will help shape the future direction of non-clinical records management and drive organisation-wide improvement initiatives aligned with legislative and governance requirements.
In this role you will:
- Lead strategic reviews and provide expert advice on records governance, compliance and best-practice recordkeeping
- Develop governance frameworks, procedures, training resources and improvement initiatives to strengthen organisational compliance
- Partner with executive leaders and stakeholders across Metro South Health to drive sustainable change and innovation
- Oversee the delivery of key initiatives and recommendations to improve enterprise-wide records management practices
About you:
You are a strategic and collaborative leader with extensive experience in records governance, compliance and organisational improvement within complex environments. You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence, lead change and deliver practical outcomes.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated expertise in corporate and non-clinical records management, governance and compliance frameworks
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, Queensland Government standards and contemporary recordkeeping practices
- High-level communication, consultation and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, influence strategic direction and drive continuous improvement
