Your work supports clinicians, strengthens safety and quality, and ensures allied health voices shape digital solutions that matter to patients and communities.
Every day, you'll contribute by:

You take pride in helping clinicians feel supported, informed and heard, knowing your work ultimately improves patient experiences and outcomes across the region. You're not just working with data—you're using it to drive dignity, innovation and courage in care.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

- Experience applying clinical informatics or digital solutions within healthcare environments
- Strong communication and change skills, with the ability to influence across multidisciplinary teams
- A solutions‑focused mindset and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate study or advanced experience in clinical informatics, digital health, education or service improvement.
Most importantly, you're passionate about using data and digital capability to improve care, support clinicians, and deliver meaningful impact for regional communities—guided by compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage.
