We're excited to welcome an Administration Officer to our Nurse-Led Walk-in Clinic (NLWiC).

The Administration Officer provides a high level of confidential administrative support for the Sunshine Coast Health. This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication on a daily basis and externally with various departments and agencies.
The Nurse-Led Walk-in Clinic (NLWiC) aims to improve access to health care and improve long-term health outcomes through assessment and referral for early intervention and treatment of acute conditions. The NLWiC will support integrated and extended hours health care through provision of free, non life-threatening injury and illness ambulatory health care.
Key Respnsibilities include:
• Ensure the client confidentiality is maintained at all times in accordance with Queensland Health Policy.
• Achieves results by delivering effective outcomes and assuming accountability.
• Effectively communicate with customers and demonstrate understanding, empathy, patience and a positive service focus.
• Use high level communication skills both verbal and written to communicate clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings ensuring accuracy and formatting in line with expected standards.
Remuneration value up to $42 351 p.a, comprising salary rates $39.98 - $44.46 p.h., (part time, 32hrs p.f.), employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3).
