The Executive Officer reports directly to the Manager and are part of the BCCM management team. In this role you will play a key role in the efficient and effective operation of the BCCM Office by:
- Delivering corporate governance, resource management and other activities required for the smooth running of the BCCM Office on a day-to-day basis; and
- Leading a small team of officers providing administrative support to enable BCCM services.

As the Executive Officer you are responsible for providing leadership to the administration team, advise and oversee budget and financial governance, as well as other resource management on behalf of the Commissioner, Executive Manager and Manager Adjudication Services.
Your key responsibilities
- Evaluate, forecast and manage BCCM financial, capital and human resources in accordance with DoJ policies
- Manage BCCM procurement requirements in accordance with DoJ policies
- Work collaboratively to collect, analyse, and report corporate governance and business performance information, including key performance indicators and complaints management, risk management and fraud control outcomes.
- Oversee a team of administration officers providing support for BCCM dispute resolution services in accordance with legislative obligations and BCCM procedures.
- Provide high level support to BCCM Leadership Group and the Commissioner as required.
