- Set and maintain high expectations for student achievement, staff performance, and continuous professional growth through lifelong learning and development.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, community organisations, government agencies, industry, and business to support student success and school improvement.
- Provide strategic, future-focused leadership by understanding relevant legislation and policies and managing resources effectively to achieve school goals.
