TAFE Queensland Gold Coast is seeking skilled Electricians ready to pass on their knowledge and shape the next generation.

You’ll deliver hands on training in classrooms, workshops and simulated environments-bringing real industry experience to life.

Permanent and temporary opportunities are available based at our Ashmore Campus.

The salary range is $92,930 to $116,332 (gross) per annum, depending on qualifications held and teaching experience.

Who are we looking for?

  • A qualified professional who holds
    • UEE30820 – QLD Electrical Fitter Mechanics licence (or equivalent), or
    • UEE32220 – QLD Restricted Licence (or equivalent), and 
    • TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in the electrical industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage, inform and inspire different learning styles
  • Current Blue Card or Exemption card to comply with the Working with Children (Risk Management Screening) Act 2000. For further information, please access: https://www.bluecard.qld.gov.au

Note: Proof of qualifications and industry currency/experience to be provided at interview.

Highly Desirable Requirements

ACMA cabling licence experience
