About the role:

  • Shape how care is delivered by contributing to clinical pathways, reviewing practice, using digital health systems, and stepping into leadership and on-call opportunities when required.

About you:

  • You're a registered nurse with current nursing registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and an annual practicing certificate, ready to bring your clinical skills to life in a dynamic rural hospital setting.
  • You deliver smart, resourceful care by planning, coordinating, and collaborating seamlessly within a tight‑knit team.
  • You're confident communicating, problem-solving, and working across multidisciplinary teams, with a genuine interest in quality improvement and how care can always be better.
  • You bring experience from a general ward with emergency skills (or the enthusiasm to learn them) and the communication and problem‑solving strengths to shine in a multidisciplinary team.
