About the role
Provide advanced nursing education leadership within Intensive Care, designing, implementing, and evaluating education programs to support workforce capability. Deliver expert clinical education, foster evidence-based practice, and drive professional development to ensure high-quality patient care.

- Provide leadership in delivering contemporary, patient-centred nursing education within a professional and ethical framework
- Develop, implement, and evaluate education and professional development programs to support workforce capability

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote safe, high-quality care and positive patient outcomes
- Contribute to performance development, education strategy, and organisational goals through continuous improvement
