Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $216,643 to $274,678 p.a. (L18 - L27)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Attraction and retention incentive allowance (50% base salary)
- Motor vehicle allowance between $21,000 and $25,500 p.a.
- Professional development allowance of $21,500 p.a. + 3.6 weeks p.a. leave
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity:
To provide optimal patient care as a Staff Specialist in accordance with the standard of the specialty and the ethics of the profession, including direct clinical supervision and development of junior Medical Staff.
The role will support the delivery of Rheumatology Services to the Townsville district and various outreach clinics. This is a busy outpatient and inpatient service with delivery of care in the clinics, ambulatory care (infusion service), wards, consultations, and provides ward cover on a rotational basis.

- Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (if applicable)
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
