Kingston State College is seeking a dedicated, motivated and collaborative person to join our Administration team.

As an essential member of the school support staff, this position works within our team servicing the Kingston community and will incorporate a range of duties working across areas including but not limited to: Student Services, Client Services, assist with Enrolment management, Finance,

Kingston State College is one of Logan's leading bespoke co-educational Independent public schools. Our College consists of a 7-12 High School with over 900 students and the Kingston Learning College with 230 students completing 1-3 subjects from years 10-12.

We provide a variety of learning opportunities to suit individual needs.

The successful candidate will need to have great relational skills with experience in the areas of administration and/or student services, be driven to build a positive, welcoming and supportive school culture.

The position will be multifaceted, working across areas including but not limited to: Student Services, Client Services, assist with Enrolment management, Finance, Human Resources and Facilities.

To be successful in this role, you should display the following:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • High-level customer service and the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising tasks without guidance and able to manage high-pressure environments.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative duties. Assist with the financial, human resources, and administrative operations of the office, including skilled use of Microsoft Office applications, OneSchool, OnePortal, SharePoint, and Compass.
  • Knowledge of OneSchool (enrolment process, student, finance). Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Provide a comprehensive range of executive and administrative support services including preparation of accurate and timely reports, correspondence, and other documents where necessary.
  • Operate autonomously to undertake day-to-day office procedures within well-defined policies and utilise information and management systems to support effective and efficient reporting and administration.
  • Be a dedicated team player that works collaboratively with all team members.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required. Undertake routine activities including client services, student services (telephone and counter enquiries), attending to first aid, arranging correspondence and general administration, maintaining school records, and processing mail and emails.
