Head of Campus (Level 5) - Cleveland District State High School (Two Positions)

Two temporary Head of Campus opportunities are available while the Executive Principal undertakes coaching during Term 3 and possibly part of Term 4.
In this role, locally known as Associate Principal, you will lead the delivery of Cleveland District State High School’s strategic plan, driving improvement in teaching, learning and student outcomes.
These temporary full-time roles are for Term 3, from 13 July to 18 September 2026, unless otherwise determined.

About the School
Cleveland District State High School is a high performing secondary school located in the heart of the Redlands which is a short drive East of Brisbane. It is a school with a strong academic focus and a clear continuous improvement agenda. All staff are accountable for ensuring optimal achievement for every student.
About the Role
The Head of Campus position is locally known as Associate Principal. This vital leadership role delivers the vision of the department and the strategic outcomes of the school.
As Associate Principal, you will improve the educational achievement, belonging and engagement of students.
You will also develop the quality of teaching and learning and nurture positive relationships between students, teachers and stakeholders.
