The Manager, Executive and Talent will provide leadership and management of the delivery of both strategic and operationally focused HR advisory services, particularly in the areas of executive lifecycle management, talent attraction and retention, business partnering advisory and organisational change.
Your responsibilities
As the Manager, Executive and Talent, you will
• Proactively and strategically drive the executive lifecycle management program for the department, including recruitment, attraction and retention, contract management, onboarding, declarations and conflicts of interest, mobility, succession and offboarding.
• Lead and develop HR staff engaged in the provision of specialist advisory and support services to client groups, ensuring these services are responsive, innovative and targeted at addressing clients' strategic and day-to-day operational needs.
• Promote communication and connectivity between all areas of the HR team and across the department, to enhance effectiveness in the development and implementation of HR strategies.
• Manage and coordinate the application of consistent and compliant HR management reporting, policy and procedures across the organisation to ensure that stakeholder requirements are met.
What are we looking for?
• Demonstrated experience in leading an executive lifecycle management program in a complex department.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in contemporary HR services and a proven ability in leading a team to deliver best practice HR support and advice.
• Proven experience in successfully implementing HR change activities which are aligned to the organisation's strategic direction.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering a broad range of HR services.
