About the Role
The position of Business Manager is integral to the effective and efficient operation of the school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality business and administrative services.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership and support to school support staff, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.
- Managing human resource functions, including recruitment, training, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Overseeing the school's financial operations, including budget development, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Coordinating the management of facilities and resources, including maintenance, project oversight, and contractor engagement.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with staff, other schools, and the local community to ensure the effective delivery of corporate services.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational and communication
