Your new role:

Play a key role in supporting the Medical Workforce Unit at Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital by delivering high-quality administrative and workforce support services in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support including data entry, document management, scheduling, records maintenance and stakeholder communication.
  • Assist with onboarding medical officers and coordinating documentation and compliance processes for workforce campaigns and recruitment activities.
  • Maintain accurate databases, reporting systems and filing processes to support legislative compliance and workforce operations.
  • Support workforce engagement initiatives through updating resources, website content, advertisements and internal communications.

About you:

We are seeking an organised and proactive administration professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach to supporting staff and stakeholders.
  • Sound computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and database systems, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • A positive, adaptable team player who demonstrates initiative, professionalism and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
