Your key responsibilities:
- Analyse and solve complex system and business problems and provide innovative solutions within the required timeframes.
- Provide expert advice and support in the assessment and review of the QH HR solution including the ability to advise on functional system behaviour.
- Undertake configuration and customisation activities, process design while considering the best fit to the product and business requirements.
Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities):
- Proven experience in formulating, documenting and implementing functional specifications and process modelling and design, including sound knowledge of current Workforce Management trends, including systems integrations and service-orientated architecture.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant payroll legislation and award structures in Queensland Health.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders on complex business requirements and transfer knowledge to team members and clients.
